The SE605H with CondCheck was designed for applications that require strict quality assurances like water for injection (WFI) and ultra-pure water (UPW) in the pharmaceutical industry.
CondCheck implements a multi-stage test procedure for the measuring loop In compliance with USP <645>. This ensures accuracy when measuring the water’s quality and purity. This verification is an essential part of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) when manufacturing ultra-pure water for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished medication.
CondCheck allows certified and traceable resistance to verify the SE605H conductivity sensor. A plug connects this resistance to the sensor, which you do not need to remove during the test. This self-verification dignifies the SE605H as an assured, compliant sensor in the pharmaceutical industry.
CIP/SIP-Capable Hygienic Design
Key Design Features of the SE605H:
- 2-electrode conductivity sensor featuring a hygienic design made of stainless steel and a broad measuring range for ultra-pure water of up to 1000 µS/cm.
- An integrated temperature sensor delivers rapid temperature compensation.
- Either an Ingold process connection in two lengths or a 1.5” or 2” clamp are available process-side.
- All materials used are FDA- and USP VI-certified.
- The surface is electro-polished and has a roughness of max. 0.4 or 0.8 µm, depending on the type.
- As required by the pharmaceutical industry, the sensor is CIP/SIP capable.
