The ARF 210 is a flow-through fitting for up to three pH/ORP, conductivity, or oxygen sensors in the main process stream or a sample loop. The fitting is a modular system with different connection geometries and process connections. The fitting is made of 316 SS stainless steel and is suitable for high pressures and temperatures. A large flow cross-section and integrated cleaning nozzles also make the fitting ideal for polluted media. The ARF 210 utilizes process connections in either DN 25 , G 1/4”, DN 25 flange, or ANSI 1″. Furthermore, the fitting’s process connections can be arranged at 90°, 180° staggered, or 180° with a cleaning system. The ARF 210 is available with adapters for various sensors for pH, ORP, temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. In addition, a protective cap with an integrated electrolyte reservoir is available for refillable pH sensors with liquid electrolyte. Finally, simple calibration for pH and conductivity sensors is possible with an optional calibration beaker.
