Paralay SW 112 software conveniently manages data collection of Memosens sensors from a Portavo portable meter and enables simple Portavo configuration.

Description

Paraly SW 112 is no-cost software that supplements Portavo and Portamess devices equipped with computer interfaces through USB. It allows convenient management of the data collected by the devices and the straightforward configuration of the portable meters.

Paraly SW 112 features an intuitive Windows interface. In addition, the software automatically recognizes the Portavo when the meter connects to the computer’s USB port.

Device Configuration

The general configuration allows you to set up the device settings independent of the respective measuring task. These parameters are temperature unit, language, time and date, auto-off battery saving, and brightness. Furthermore, you can configure all process parameters supported by the selected device, like basic unit, range, compensation, calibration method, and calibration solution.

Data Collection with Paraly

You can also manage all recorded measured values on your computer with the help of the filter function. In addition to the Portavo data logging, Paraly SW 112 also features its own data logger capability. Users can export data to Microsoft Excel.

Memosens

Memosens is a digital connection and communication protocol for analytical sensing technology. The hermetically sealed, galvanically isolated, inductive connection ensures a quality signal. Calibration and sensor condition are monitored and stored in the sensor head. Memosens is an open-architecture protocol supported by several manufacturers

Sensor – Cable Connection Construction

01 Inductive Connection

The inductive connection supplies power to the sensor plug-in head and also enables bi-directional signal transmission between the sensor plug-in head and cable coupling.

02 SEALED SENSOR HEAD

The hermetically sealed sensor plug-in head is overpressure safe and submersible. This means that the sensor does not experience any leakage or measured value distortion resulting from moisture, corrosion or salt bridges.

03 Microprocessor

The integrated memory documents the complete life cycle (total operating hours, operating hours under extreme process conditions, calibration history etc.) of the sensor. This makes predictive maintenance possible.

04 Bayonet CONNECTION

The patented bayonet lock ensures a safe connection between the plug-in head and the cable. If a connection is missing, the transmitter detects and displays this information.
