Description
The SE 565 ORP sensor is ideal for aggressive media and utilizes Memosens digital technology. The sensor is designed to withstand extreme ORP ranges, fermentation processes, and applications requiring frequent CIP or SIP cleaning. Furthermore, the integrated NTC 30K temperature element accurately compensates for the process media temperature in all applications. The pressurized reference system, along with the Silamid
® reference electrode, helps to extend the time between calibrations and reduce sensor replacement frequency.
Additionally, the SE 565 electrode is suitable to use with any Memosens transmitter.
Applications for the SE 565 ORP Sensor
- CIP/SIP
- Scrubbers
- Fermentation
- Food and Beverage
- Chemical
- BioPharma
SE 565 with Memosens Technology
Memosens sensors provide several benefits regarding ease of use and reduction of operating costs:
- Submersible inductive connection removes measurement influence from moisture and humidity that are commonly present in CIP/SIP and autoclavable applications.
- Galvanically isolated so there is no measurement influence from noise or ground loops. This is especially beneficial in open basins when using plastic holders.
- Technicians can perform calibrations and diagnostics in the shop or lab. As a result, this reduces field maintenance time and process downtime.
